Pacific Moon Lodge is a community formed for those who seek to better understand themselves and the world through thoughtful reflection, dialogue, and symbolic work.

Freemasonry, as practiced here, is neither a doctrine nor a system of belief. It is a method—one that invites each individual to engage freely with ideas, to examine them, and to draw meaning through personal effort. In this, it offers not conclusions, but a path.

Pacific Moon Lodge is part of a longstanding tradition of Freemasonry, expressed today in California through a liberal and nondogmatic approach.

We are a mixed-gender Lodge, open to individuals of all backgrounds. No belief system is required. What matters is sincerity, curiosity, and a willingness to engage.

Our work is conducted in the French Rite, a tradition shaped during the Enlightenment and practiced for over two centuries. It is known for its clarity, its emphasis on reason, and its respect for freedom of conscience.
